Wellness is more than exercising everyday and eating healthy foods. Our environment, which includes the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the products we use all contribute to our health. Do you want to learn how to detox your home in order to support your hormones and health? The course will teach you simple steps that support your own wellness routines and dive into practical ways to detox your home. We will also discuss the hormone connection and how toxins can disrupt so many bodily systems. A few of the topics covered will be: beauty products, kitchen/cooking products, cleaning products, air quality, and water quality. Stay tuned for the release date!

Hi there!

I’ve been an educator for most of my life. I enjoy helping others whether it’s in the classroom or at home with my family- I’m always teaching and always learning. After a series of health events over the past few years I’ve decided to shift my education content. Sharing my knowledge about clean living, whole foods, and a balanced lifestyle has become a true passion for me. Finding ways to support my family and myself has taught me the importance of balance and how that balance can lead to health.
